| For people at risk of, or being treated for, pressure ulcers. The Heel
Protector will minimise pressure and shear for the heel while leaving most of
the foot unencumbered.
20% of all pressure ulcers occur at the heels. As a precaution, let the
Pressure Care Assistant™
protect the heels as they are moved around the bed, or use the Heel
Protectors to protect the heals wherever they are placed. The
sheepskin wraps around the heel and ankle and is held
in place by a Velcro™ strap.
Seams are positioned to be away from any skin areas at risk of pressure
sores. Sold in pairs. |
